Vorab einige Informationen:
Die Heti ist ein Oldtimer und sie ist eine Rennyacht. Daraus ergeben sich einige Implikationen:
Die Yacht ist zwar rund 18 Meter lang, aber wegen der Segel und des tiefhängenden Großbaums ist das Platzangebot eingeschränkt. Außerdem hat die Yacht keine Reling. Das Deck ist aus Holz und empfindlich. Das sollten Sie im Kopf behalten bei der Auswahl der Ausrüstung und der Crew. Übernachten an Bord ist wegen der beschränkten Zahl an Kojen nur mit 3-5 Personen möglich.
Wann und wo soll die Produktion stattfinden? Die Heti liegt den größten Teil des Sommers in Kiel. Zu Anfang der Saison kommt sie nach Hamburg zum Hafengeburtstag. Von Mai bis September finden auf der Ostsee diverse Regatten statt, an denen Heti teilnimmt.
Soll die Heti an Land festliegen? Oder hätten Sie sie lieber unter Segeln?
Falls letzteres brauchen wir einen gewissen Vorlauf, da wir dann eine Mannschaft zusammenstellen müssen. Die Heti braucht mindestens sechs bis acht erfahrene Segler. Drehs und Shootings während einer Regatta sind nicht möglich.
Bitte schildern Sie uns in einigen Sätzen Ihr Projekt: Was haben sie vor? Was wollen Sie wann und wo drehen oder fotografieren? Wieviele Personen sind beteiligt?
Schließlich: Ein Dreh oder ein Shooting muss auch einen Werbeeffekt für die Heti haben. Bitte ziehen Sie das in Ihrem Exposé mit in Betracht.

Some information in advance:
The HETI is an oldtimer, and she is a racing yacht. This has some implications:
The yacht is about 18 meters long. But because of the sails and the low-hanging boom the space on board is limited. In addition, the yacht has no railing. The deck is made of wood and sensitive. You should keep this in mind when choosing which equipment and an how many crew to bring. Overnight stays on board are not possible due to the limited number of berths.
When and where should the production take place? The HETI is located in Kiel for most of the summer. At the beginning of the season it comes to Hamburg for the Harbour birthday. From May to September various regattas take place on the Baltic Sea, in which HETI participates.
Should the HETI be moored on land? Or would you rather have her under sail?
If the latter: Please give as some time in advance, because then we have to find a crew. HETI needs at least six to eight experienced sailors. Filming and shooting during a regatta is not possible.
Please describe your project in a few sentences: What are your plans? What do you want to shoot, when and where? How many people are involved?
Finally: A shooting must have a benefit for HETI. Please take this into account in your synopsis.
